Benelli and sustainability
Benelli pursues a business philosophy that makes sustainability a key element of its development, with the aim of creating value through responsible actions towards the context in which it operates and developing solutions that lead to a continuous improvement of the environmental, economic, and social influence of the Company.
Within an essential ethical management of business and corporate governance, the strategy pursued by Benelli is found in the intersection of three main factors: Environment, People, Future.
Environment
Commitment to the environment is not a simple project, it is a cultural revolution, the constant care for what allows us to be more human. Finally, it is an act of love for ourselves.
In 2004 the Company founded the Benelli Green project, with the aim of integrating its industrial strategies with the themes of sustainability and circular economy. True to its spirit, Benelli pursues an integrated approach that intersects a deep focus on environmental impact with the development of innovative technologies with high sustainability.

People
The workplace is a fundamental part of our lives, it’s where we find ourselves spending most of our time. For this reason, it must be guarded and protected, making it a place of well-being and individual growth.
Benelli has always been committed to creating a working environment in which a sense of belonging, a sense of team and dedication to excellence are fundamental values.

This Programme represents a vision of the future, which attaches equal importance to the environmental, economic, and social dimension of sustainability. To look a little further, close to tomorrow.
